Buyer Beware: Dual Agency
Beware that a real estate agent can practice “dual agency” which means they work with both sides in the same transaction. My policy is to not practice dual agency. I only represent my Client’s best interests and avoid any potential conflict of interest.
You have the right to choose the level of real estate agent representation. The agent is required to inform and then also receive consent from a buyer and seller if they practice dual agency.
The best advice is to hire a Buyer’s Agent who will only represent you and your best interests.

I achieved the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) certification in 2017. Continued education is required annually in order to maintain this certification.
