How is the market? 

In Boston, MA and Cambridge, MA we continue to see extremely low inventory not meeting buyer demand, resulting in very competitive multiple offers on most properties (priced fairly and presented in good condition).

This has been the trend since early 2011 for multi-family properties and since 2012 for single family and condominium properties as well.  With comprehensive market statistics and housing trend analysis I will determine fair market value for my Clients before they buy or sell and to help estimate return on investment for income properties and home renovations.
